Explorer
Ages 6–10
Building foundational character: honesty, respect, courage, and kindness.
Navigator
Ages 11–14
Learning to lead: decision-making, peer relationships, and accountability.
Trailblazer
Ages 15–18
Preparing for legacy: career readiness, financial literacy, and service.
