501(c)(3) Status

PATH Movement is committed to full transparency with our families, partners, and supporters about our organizational status.

Current Status

PATH Movement has not yet applied for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the IRS. We intend to file for recognition in the future as the organization grows. Until that application is submitted and approved, PATH Movement is not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and contributions made to PATH Movement are not currently tax-deductible.

Donations Today

Gifts made through our Give page directly support PATH programming — mentor training, session materials, the PATH Passport, and events for the young men in our program. We're deeply grateful for that support. Because our 501(c)(3) application has not yet been filed, please do not claim these contributions as a tax deduction. We recommend speaking with your tax advisor if you have questions about your specific situation.
