For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of coaching and mentoring young men. I've celebrated championships, watched confidence grow, and experienced the incredible impact that one caring adult can have on a child's life.

But over the years, I began to notice something that stayed with me. When the season ended, many boys were left without the encouragement, accountability, and guidance they still needed. The game was over, but life's biggest challenges were just beginning. Too many young men were searching for purpose, identity, and direction with no consistent mentor walking beside them.

But before I ever stepped onto a field or into a gym as a coach, I saw this play out at home. I grew up with structure, direction, and a community that showed up for me. My church family poured into me. And at the center of it all was my father, a man who was present, intentional, and deeply hands-on in my life.

But what left the greatest mark on me wasn't just the love my father gave me. It was watching him extend that same investment to other young men, boys who weren't his own, and seeing the profound effect it had on their lives. His care didn't stop at our front door. It reached into the lives of others, and I watched those young men be transformed by it.

That image never left me. The idea that a man could look at someone else's son and say, I see you, I'm for you, I'll walk with you, and that those words could change the entire trajectory of a life. I believed then, and I believe now, that every young man deserves that. Not just the ones born into the right households, but every boy in every community.

That's why I created PATH.

PATH stands for Purpose, Alignment, Training, and Healing. It was born from a simple belief: every boy deserves the opportunity to discover who he was created to be. Every young man deserves a community that believes in him, challenges him, encourages him, and equips him to lead with integrity.

PATH is more than an after-school program or a mentorship organization. It is a journey. Through leadership development, service opportunities, life skills, faith-based values, outdoor adventures, and meaningful relationships, we help boys ages 6–18 grow into confident, compassionate, and purpose-driven young men.

Our mission isn't simply to prepare boys for success in school or sports. Our mission is to prepare them for life. We envision a generation of young men who lead their families with character, serve their communities with humility, and inspire others through their actions.

Whether a boy arrives searching for confidence, direction, belonging, or hope, we want him to know that he does not have to walk alone.

PATH is the organized expression of what I witnessed growing up: the power of structure, faith, community, and consistent, caring men. It exists to ensure that no young man has to wonder whether someone is in his corner.

Every boy deserves a community that believes in him, not just for a season, but for life.
