This policy explains what information PATH Movement ("PATH," "we," "us") collects through thepathmovement.org, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to give us directly, specifically:

• Enrollment inquiries — parent/guardian name, your son's first name and age, email, phone number, and city, submitted through the "Join" form.
• Contact form submissions — your name, email, and message.
• Donations — payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. PATH does not receive or store your card number or other payment credentials.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not use cookies for tracking. The only cookie set by this site is a login cookie for our password-protected Parent Welcome Kit page, used solely to remember that you've entered the correct passcode.

How We Use It

• To follow up on enrollment inquiries and connect your family with a PATH mentor
• To respond to messages sent through the Contact form
• To process donations (handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy)

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate — currently Google (for form submissions) and Stripe (for donation processing) — and only to the extent necessary for them to provide that service.

Data Retention

We retain enrollment and contact submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our program records. You can request that we delete your information at any time by emailing us.

Your Choices

To review, correct, or delete information you've submitted to us, email admin@thepathmovement.org and we'll take care of it.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
